Job Description Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add a Desktop Support Manager in Skillman, NJ, to a team of eight we just exclusively built for them.

Role Description:
o Desktop Support Manager manages a team that provides personal computer deployment and support including setup, installation, repairs, upgrades, migrations and troubleshooting.
o Maintains the necessary hardware and software inventory and oversees the administration of required licenses.
o Being a Desktop support Manager analyses PC resources requirements and evaluates available vendors, products, and services that will meet the organization's needs.
o Implements training programs and develops documentation to support end-users.
o dditionally, The Desktop Manager possesses experience in LAN environment, a strong understanding of PC Operation systems, security tools and extensive knowledge of all commonly uses PS software products.
o The Desktop Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of the jobs.
o Ensures the project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
o Manager typically has 5 years of experience in the related area with 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
