Description
This high profile leadership role is responsible for accelerating digital capability, implementing global digital strategies within North America, and operationalizing digital in the business to engage consumers, achieve targets and demonstrate ROI.
The candidate will join the Digital Center of Excellence, who is responsible for global digital strategy, standards, and governance, analytics and digital delivery and will be located either in Skillman or New York City. The role will lead digital strategy in US and Canada and oversee the deployment of digital initiatives across North America.
The role will be a key team member within the North America Strategy and Marketing Operations team, which will focus on translating the global digital strategies to the North America business, in line with regional and brand priorities and growth targets.
The role requires strong leadership skills in order to clearly set a vision for the NA region that links to global and regional business objectives and priorities and the ability to make this happen across multiple franchises, and in close partnership with other functions (IT, e-commerce, legal, regulatory, procurement etc.).
The candidate must be broadly knowledgeable across all digital areas (media, e-commerce, social, search), with strength in both strategy and execution. They need a strong understanding of technology. The role will provide both thought leadership / best practices on digital (leveraging the standards and practices set by the DCoE) and practical coaching and executional experience to the franchise leaders on how to accelerate digital capability and operationalize the benefits of digital to improve business ROI in their businesses.
Responsibility include: Create and lead the NA Digital Council & Strategic Roadmap, with clear linkages between global, regional and brand deliverables. Drive NA Digital KPI setting and monitoring and lead monthly measurement forums focused on optimizing and building ROI through digital channels. Work in close partnership with the Digital Analytics Director, to ensure digital strategies have clear KPI?, and learning? on how to optimize business impact are applied back into the business. Work in close partnership with DCoE and IT in transferring best practices and global projects, and accelerating digital capability in the NA region. Ensure strong alignment of regional digital strategic priorities with DCoE global strategy. In close partnership with IT, ensure global digital standards are implemented in NA through strong governance and clear process. Provide leadership and guidance to the digital experts embedded in the franchises. Ensure that brands have clear digital roadmaps, and digital tactics, aligned with brand business objectives. Drive integration of digital strategy into overall Integrated Marketing Communications, through process, coaching and case studies. With procurement support provide expert leadership on digital agency operating model at a regional and band level, including integration of digital into broader Integrated Marketing Communications planning. Work closely with global / regional digital agency and vendors ?Google / Facebook/ etc. Partner closely with agencies (with procurement) to build efficient and effective models for the future. Promote cross sharing of best practice across brands. Conducts business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements.
Qualifications
A Bachelor? degree is required. Master? or advanced degree is preferred. 12 years
experience, with minimum 8 years in digital marketing for a brand, digital or media property is required. Digital native, expert in digital ecosystem and how channels work together to optimize behavior, acquisition and sales is required. Deep understanding of the role digital plays in the integrated marketing consumer experience is required. Good understand of traditional marketing (to build a bridge of influence) and creative / content development process, understanding of business operations is preferred. Strong leadership and influencing skills, ability to tell a simple persuasive story for senior leaders, while supporting junior executional level with process and detail is required. Need to be a strong presenter. Strong experience in change management; helping marketers and cross functional partners to embrace the fast paced world of digital is required. Strong understanding of business goals and accountability of business deliverables is required. Big picture mindset with the ability to zoom in and out of details; can balance both technical and strategic demands of the function is required. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics is required. Strong people leader experience is required. This role will work with other Marketing Directors and Functional Directors.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
